In October of 2006, Cathy Nestrick, Doug Welp, Jim Gentry and Adam Farrar conducted a seminar on a wide range of nonprofit legal issues for executive directors and board members of the Southwestern Indiana not-for-profit organizations.

Andy Nestrick gave a "Medicaid Planning Update" presentation at the Sisters of St. Benedict Monastery in Ferdinand, Indiana, on October 18, 2006. Topics included Medicaid eligibility rules, effect of making gifts on Medicaid eligibility, and Medicaid liens and estate recovery procedures.
