Four Attorneys From BFOH Awarded Super Lawyer Distinction

Robert M. Becker, R. Thomas Bodkin, Terry G. Farmer and John P. Broadhead have been awarded the distinction of Indiana Super Lawyers in 2008 by Law and Politics Media. More than 13,000 attorneys in the State of Indiana were asked to vote for the best lawyers they had personally observed in action – whether as opposing counsel, as co-counsel or from first-person observation in the courtroom. Votes received from lawyers in other firms were given significantly more points than those received from lawyers in the same firm. The final list of Super Lawyers represents less than five percent of the lawyers licensed to practice in Indiana. Mr. Becker is a partner with BFOH and his practice areas include estate planning, trust and estate administration, business law, real estate law and general corporate legal representation. Mr. Bodkin is a partner with BFOH and a defense trial attorney with concentrated experience in the defense of claims for medical malpractice, condemnation, commercial, product liability, civil rights and employment law claims, municipal law issues, construction, contract and utility law. Mr. Farmer is the managing partner with BFOH and his practice areas include creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and workouts, commercial transactions, loan documentation, commercial loan and deposit account policies and procedures, and lender liability defense. Mr. Broadhead is a partner with BFOH and practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law matters, agriculture, and counseling of family-owned businesses. John is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
