Clayton C. Miller, Partner
I advise clients on matters relating to utilities, appeals and estate planning. My law practice includes representation in hearings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission as well as before both state and federal trial courts and before appellate tribunals. Clients have included utilities, municipalities, developers, a trade association and a statewide telecommunications authority.
I also counsel individuals, couples, and families with regard to the transfer of assets to intended beneficiaries, whether through a will, trust or other means. Such personal planning services also include assistance with estate administration and advance healthcare directives.
Helping clients avoid risk and achieve their goals. It’s what I do.
