Jamie Dameron concentrates her practice in environmental law. She represents clients in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters. In cleanup cases, she focuses on solutions that minimize environmental liability and maximize cost recovery from state funds, responsible parties and insurance. To facilitate business and real estate transactions, she advises clients of the environmental risks involved and develops agreements to address those risks.
Jamie is also a licensed professional geologist and brings ten years of technical experience to her legal practice. As a consulting geologist, she managed and performed environmental cleanups under state and federal environmental programs throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining Bamberger, Jamie practiced at Baker & Daniels, LLP and Plews, Shadley, Racher & Braun, LLP.
