Utility Law
Our Utilities Law team helps water, sewer, electric and gas companies navigate changing industry regulations and represents these utilities before the Indiana Utility Regulation Commission (IURC). In addition to financing issues, rate changes and regulatory and environmental compliance matters, our attorneys are also experienced in counseling both private and public entities on real estate purchasing, transportation matters and a broad range of other issues facing today's utility providers.
With six offices in central and southern Indiana, and including several lawyers also licensed to practice law in Illinois and Kentucky, Bamberger's experience and regional reach enable us to comprehensively represent our utility clients, regardless of size, with any aspect of their legal needs.
